Trackdale appoints David Sexton and Tony Darley to the Board
Trackdale Ltd, a small nanotechnology materials company based in Framlingham Suffolk, announced it had made two senior appointments to strengthen the management team. David Sexton will become Chairman and Tony Darley will become Finance Director in a move to strengthen the management team following the successful fund raising last year.
David Sexton (59) was formally Chief Executive: Global Markets at Cable and Wireless and brings a wealth of experience from the telecommunications industry to the role. He has formed and chaired a number of high technology companies during his corporate career and has more recently held a number of Non-Executive and Advisory positions in early stage companies. He is currently Chairman of the Advisory Board at First Capital Corporation, a finance house specialising in technology companies.
Antony Darley (40) was formally Finance Director of Interlink Ltd and has held a number of Finance and Company Secretary roles in both small and large businesses. He is FCMA qualified and brings a wide range of financial expertise and experience to the company.
